Being the fastest runner won't cut it. Our Speed Heats are designed to test athletes to think just as quickly as they can move. Will your reaction times keep you ahead of the competition?
Do we test how much you can lift? No, we are more interested in how long you can lift for. Strength Endurance is where we often see the top scoring athletes fall short and losing their position on the leader board.
You may score high in the Power, Speed and Strength heats. But if you are lacking cardio then you can forget about first place. To be crowned the MOST COMPLETE ATHLETE, you have to be a complete athlete! Cardio Endurance is a requirement!
